At Qasre Sultani, we take pride in the quality of every product we deliver. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Window We offer a 7-day exchange from the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange an exchange.

Eligibility Conditions To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In the original packaging with all seals intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or delivery receipt)

Non-Eligible Items

• Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery
• Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer

Cash on Delivery Orders The exchange policy applies equally to all COD orders. No cash refunds are issued under any circumstances—exchanges only.

No Refund Policy Qasre Sultani does not offer cash refunds. All eligible claims will be resolved through product exchange only.
