Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 business days.
Other cities: 3–6 business days.
Remote areas: 5–8 business days.

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

How will I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive a tracking update via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Can I get a cash refund?
We do not offer cash refunds. COD orders are eligible for exchange only.

What items are not eligible for exchange?
Opened or used items, items returned after 7 days, and sale or promotional items are not eligible.
